To support our exploration of numbers, this morning the students explored Math at the SmartBoard. A few students did an activity where they had to figure out numbers that were more and less than other numbers

Continuing the Interest of Building Our Creative House

Some students continues building the creative house that they started yesterday (refer to the clip about some of the girls explaining how they built it). The students' creativity continues to amaze us!

Another Morning Message

Today while A.J. played teacher in the Reading and Writing Corner, she wrote a beautiful morning message that was about Jack Grunsky.

Making a Plan Before Building

Students have began to partake in a new routine. They have started to draw plans of what they are going to construct before they build. Afterwards, we discuss what worked well in their plan and any changes they had to make and why!  This is another strategy to help develop critical thinking skills in our students.
