Investigating Measurement

Today we continued investigating about length and measurement. Ms. Alannah taught the students how to make good estimates when comparing items that are longer than, shorter than or equal to other ideas. Students were asked what things were the same length as their hand.

J.S. was very excited that his hand was almost the same size as D.P.

M.A. and C.A. compared their feet to see who had the bigger size foot.
