When Will It Be Spring?

There is an important notice in your child's bag today about Fifth's Disease.  There has been two confirmed cases of it in kindergarten (but not our class)

Yesterday we said another sad "see you later" to one of our ECE students Amena.  She has been in our class since January and we, as well as the class, have loved having her in our class.  She has promised to come back and visit though :)

 During centre time, I received a letter from two girls in our class.  Apparently we need a new computer! :)

 We are lucky enough to have Mr. Campbell back while Mrs. David is celebrating Passover. We read a story this morning, appropriately titled "When Will It be Spring?"

 In the afternoon, we worked on some adding and subtracting:

 

 

We also read "The Little Red Hen (Makes a Pizza)" and talked about co-operation

The story inspired G.D. and L.M. to make pizza at centre time!
