Drawing What We Build

Students are continuing to document what they are doing at the centres. We are collecting all their work and putting it into their Inquiry Folder. Parents will have a chance to see these folders when they come to our classroom. Today one student made an airplane with blocks. Afterwards, he drew a picture of how he made his plane. The students are learning that if they record what they build and their structure gets broken, it is no big problem as they can just look at their drawing and rebuild their structure! This solves so many problems in our classroom.
